4 Miles – [63/365]

Strawberry Fields Visited by Kori | Written 3/5/2017

I had a goal in mind.

I walked miles to a location,

it was supposed to move me,

and make me want to change.

Nothing happened.

I clench my jaw I my finger presses the shutter,

this photo has no emotion because I have none.

The sun is out but the wind numbs my face.

As humans we struggle with achieving our utopia.

Eve ruined paradise and Zeus sent men Pandora.

I have no thoughts on this landmark,

a symbol for peace when we are surrounded by madness.
