[26/365]

Conflicted by Kori | Written 1/26/2017

I have to hide wild things that I can’t tame.

I’ve learned to live within these walls,

blocking my heart, and soul from pain.

False memories or repressed thoughts?

I don’t want to know,

I rather live in ignorance.

My brain is playing images,

I hope that its nothing more than

bad childhood nightmares.

I won’t put the pieces together.

I’ll die leaving them scattered.

I forgot to publish this yesterday! I will posting the poem I wrote today later on. TGIF! Let me know your thoughts!
