Bendicion by Kori – Written 1/10/2017

I know that without her, you cannot exist.

I know you never feared death and asked for it to come.

You waited till we were covered in snow.

I close my door and lock the pain outside myself.

Nothing has phased me yet.

In my future weeping I hope I don’t forget,

to thank you for your kindness.

I’ll add this impending pain to the ever ending list,

another reason to wish for a silver lining.

I am convinced that it would never form.

I hope you’re finally free now.
